This instrument is mainly used to test the waterproof ability of shoes under static state. The centrifugal test method conforms to the test standard of GORE-TEX.
      The principle of this machine:
      1. Place the paper flat on the tray where the centrifuge puts the shoes, fix the sample shoes firmly in the tray, then add a certain depth of water into the shoes, and finally start the machine;
      2. The tray rotates from slow speed to medium speed to high speed on the centrifuge with vertical axis, so that the water in the water shoe exerts a certain pressure on the inside of the shoe, which is far greater than the normal wear of human feet, and the pressure of external water on the upper material during movement is far greater than some traditional tests at present;
      3. The test time of the pressure generated by "face soaking" is generally 3060 minutes. After the waterproof test, open the centrifuge to take out the sample; 4.
      4. If the shoes leak, the paper placed on the tray will be wet. At the same time, the transparent acrylic on the periphery of the centrifuge will also have obvious water droplets. Finally, the water in the shoes will be poured out and dried with the dryer. Finally, the sample shoes will be dissected to find the cause of the leakage and then improved.
